| Robert W. Allard Jr., of Chatham Twp. died at his home on
Sunday, August 22, 2010. He was 65. Born in Montclair and raised
in Chatham he lived the majority of his life in Chatham. He
attended Kean University and earned a master's degree.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Susan (Decker) and Son
Robert W Allard III of Chatham. His is also survived by his
sister Sharon Prophet and her husband Daniel Prophet of
Woodbridge, VA; niece & nephew Jennifer & James Prophet and
will be missed by his pets Chelsea & Clyde.
Bob was a Probation Officer in Morris County for twelve years
and previously worked for the County in the personnel
department. He loved trains, especially model trains, fishing
and auto racing.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Thursday,
August 26, 2010 at St. Patrick Church, Washington Ave., Chatham.
Friends may visit on Wednesday, August 25, from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm
at Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Chatham.
